Transparent Labs NMN 600 mg has the top score of the 11 we score. It is the only one on a testing list with a clear label: one 600 mg capsule, NMN only. It costs about twice the cheapest capsule.
Its list, Informed Choice (checked September 22, 2026), tests store-bought samples for substances banned in sport. We found nothing saying it checks how much NMN is in the capsule. For that, Codeage Liposomal NMN Platinum is on NSF/ANSI 173, which checks that the contents match the label. It matters: one lab study of NMN and urolithin A products found amounts from 28.6% above the label to none at all (Sandalova 2024).

- Double Wood NMN 250 mg: Double Wood's page says 250 mg of NMN per serving in one place and 250 mg per capsule in another (a serving is 2 capsules), so we cannot confirm how much NMN a serving holds. It was also backordered on 2026-10-12.
- Cata-Kor NMN with TMG, Quercetin and Resveratrol (60 capsules): Cata-Kor's own page shows two different labels: one lists 500 mg of NMN per 2 capsules, the other lists 500 mg of liposomal NAD+ instead. Until we know which one is in the bottle, we do not score it. It is on the NSF/ANSI 173 list.
- Codeage Liposomal NMN with TMG (30 capsules): Codeage's page does not state how much NMN is in a capsule (the label is only an image), so we cannot price it per 500 mg. It is on the NSF/ANSI 173 list.
- Renue By Science LIPO NMN (90 capsules): We could not read this product's label on Renue By Science's site, so we cannot confirm the NMN per serving.
- BulkSupplements NMN Powder (100 g): BulkSupplements' page shows no Supplement Facts panel and no serving size, so we cannot confirm the NMN per serving.
What NMN does, and what to watch for
NMN raises NAD+ in the blood. A 2026 review of 15 trials found no broad metabolic benefit, such as for blood sugar or weight (Yang 2026), and a 2025 review found no support for keeping muscle in older adults (Prokopidis 2025). Most trials were small and tied to companies. See what the studies found.
FDA said on September 29, 2025 that NMN is not excluded from the dietary supplement definition. Makers still have to notify FDA, and FDA’s acceptance of a notification is not a safety finding. Read about its legal status, and see the doses trials used.
