  "methodology": "Labels were enumerated from the NIH Dietary Supplement Label Database by paging its ranked search for liquid-iron terms and keeping only labels whose filed physical state is Liquid and whose Supplement Facts carry an iron row; labels sold as iron (iron in the product name, not multivitamins with iron) were analysed. Elemental iron per serving = the iron row for the Supplement Facts serving. The salt is read from the iron row, its stated forms, the product name and the other-ingredients list. Every figure was recomputed in two halves split by label-id parity; figures that did not agree within 8 points (shares) or 25% (medians) are not published. Cost per 10 mg = Amazon price / (elemental mg per serving x servings) x 10.",
