  "methodology": "Labels were enumerated from the NIH Dietary Supplement Label Database by paging its ranked search for ashwagandha, stress, calm and mood gummy terms and keeping only labels whose filed physical state is Gummy or Jelly and whose Supplement Facts carry an ashwagandha row; labels sold as ashwagandha or as a calm/stress/mood gummy (not sleep, CBD, multivitamin or other-ingredient lines) were analysed. Per-serving mg = the ashwagandha row quantity for the Supplement Facts serving; daily = per-serving x maximum daily servings. Every figure was recomputed in two halves split by label-id parity; figures that did not agree within 8 points (shares) or 25% (medians) are not published, which on this shelf includes every milligram median and threshold share (two populations: branded extracts at 125-300 mg and root powder at 1,000 mg+). Listing census: first three Amazon result pages for eight queries, deduplicated by ASIN, regex over title and bullets, split by ASIN parity. Cost per studied day = price per serving x servings needed for 600 mg (KSM-66) or 250 mg (Sensoril).",
